€100 per week for each guest aged 6 or over.
Payments accepted in Euro only. The rates shown include a weekly linen change, electricity, gas, hot water, cleaning of the swimming pool and gardening. During winter months, €20 per day is added to the tariff to cover extra heating expenses.

The tower can be rented for a minimum of one week, starting from Saturday. Payment of a 200 Euro deposit is required.

It is compulsory for each group (maximum number of persons per group = 6) to pay a fee of 150 Euro at the end of the stay to cover cleaning costs. Each guest of 6 years or over is required to pay 30 Euro extra for cleaning.

Take the A1 motorway (Autostrada del Sole) and exit at Chiusi - Chianciano Terme (approx. 125km south of Florence / approx. 143km north of Rome)

Having left the motorway, take a right and then, straight after, another right, taking you onto the 'SS146' road heading towards Perugia / Chiusi

Continue on this road for 3.2km - on reaching the junction with traffic lights at Chiusi, continue on the SS146, staying on the right-hand side and continuing towards Perugia / Chiusi Station, which is 1.4km away

Close to Chiusi Station, the road forks - take a left and, after 400m you will reach another fork, where you should take another left and head for Perugia / Orvieto

Follow this road for 1.6km until, on your right, you come to a white road – signposted as Podere Tresa. Take this road and continue for 1.6km until you come across a wooden gate on your right. You have now reached “Le Case del Butafone”.
